Question 1

What is Sofazo?

Accepted Answer

An internet TV (IPTV) subscription. You pay for a 1, 3, 6 or 12-month plan and watch live channels from around the world and a library of films and series on your screens, with no aerial and no installer.

Question 2

What is IPTV and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. Instead of arriving by cable or satellite, the signal comes through your internet connection, so you can watch on any connected device: smart TV, phone, tablet or computer. All you need is a stable connection and an IPTV player app.

Question 3

How is it different from traditional TV?

Accepted Answer

Cable and satellite TV need an installation and dedicated equipment. IPTV only needs the internet: you watch on several devices, wherever you are, with more channels, on-demand content and no lock-in.

Question 4

How many channels are there?

Accepted Answer

Over 15,000 live channels from around the world, with sports, films, series, kids, documentaries and news. The line-up is updated often.

Question 5

Are there films and series on demand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It includes a library of thousands of films and series you can watch whenever you like, without waiting for a broadcast. It is updated regularly and comes as an extra to the live service.

Question 6

Does the picture freeze?

Accepted Answer

The service adapts the stream to your connection in real time to avoid buffering. For the smoothest playback, plug the TV in with a network cable rather than wifi.

Question 7

Which devices does it work on?

Accepted Answer

Almost all of them: smart TVs, Android TV and Fire TV Stick, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, MAG boxes and computers. Any IPTV app that accepts a server, username and password or an M3U playlist will do.

Question 8

How do I set it up?

Accepted Answer

Install an IPTV player app on your device, choose to sign in with «Xtream Codes» or an M3U playlist and copy your details: server, username and password, or the M3U link. There are step-by-step guides for each device at sofazo.com/instalar, and if you get stuck, write to us.

Question 9

Where do I find my access details?

Accepted Answer

As soon as the payment is confirmed we email you a link to your order. There, with your order number and email, press «Show» to see the server, username, password and M3U link.

Question 10

Can I watch on several devices at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with a limited number of simultaneous connections. The service is for personal use in your household: it cannot be shared with other people or resold.

Question 11

What internet speed do I need?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the quality: 5 to 10 Mbps for standard definition, 10 to 20 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. To be on the safe side, we recommend 20 Mbps.

Question 12

Which plans are there?

Accepted Answer

Four: 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. They all include exactly the same; the longer the plan, the less you pay per month.

Question 13

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in a secure payment built into the page. Your card details are handled by the payment provider: we never see or store them.

Question 14

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

No, never. Each plan is a one-off payment with no automatic charges. Before it expires we email you and you decide whether to carry on.

Question 15

What happens when it expires?

Accepted Answer

Your access stops working that day. To keep watching, choose a new plan; we email you a week before so it does not catch you by surprise.

Question 16

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer a free trial. If you want to try it, the 1-month plan is the shortest and has no lock-in.

Question 17

Can I withdraw from the purchase?

Accepted Answer

It is a digital service that starts as soon as you pay. That is why, when buying, you agree to it starting immediately and lose the right of withdrawal. If your access does not work, write to us: we will fix it or refund you.
